PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with various situations of anchor bar insertion holes formed in a base part by a method wherein beams from a beams emitter are emitted to a positioning seat, to which a mark of a light-receiving range is put
SOLUTION: An anchor bar insertion hole 16 formed in a footing 13 is vertically board. A detection rod 1 is vertically inserted into this insertion hole 16, and an emitter 3 emits beams. Then, the beams irradiate a positioning seat 6 fitted to a bracket-fitting height position surrounding a bridge leg body 11 in an arrow direction. When the detection rod 1 is moved to before and behind and right and left direction along an end part of an entrance in the range of movements in the insertion hole 16, the beams direct to an arrow direction at respective locations of the seat 6. A light receiving range is confirmed by beams in this arrow direction to put a mark M1. This light receiving range is a boring position of an anchor bar through hole of a bracket fitted on this position of the pier 11.
