Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a small-sized high-accuracy pump, a flow rate is very low in accurately measuring the flow rate and it needs to reduce a size of a measuring element used for a small-sized device, therefore it is practically difficult.SOLUTION: A deformable gas chamber is provided in a storage compartment for liquid to be delivered, an actuation device pump that delivers the liquid by compressing the gas chamber is adopted, and a delivered liquid amount is calculated from a differential pressure between the gas chamber and the liquid storage compartment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
