Abstract:
To provide a simple method, etc., for measuring mizoribine and/or ribavirin.
The invention provides a simple method for measuring mizoribine and/or ribavirin by a first enzyme capable of catalyzing a reaction for phosphorylating mizoribine and/or ribavirin and a second enzyme capable of catalyzing a second reaction different from the first reaction and being a reaction not inhibited by both mizoribine and ribavirin and inhibited by both of phosphorylated mizoribine and phosphorylated ribavirin each produced by the first reaction.
