Abstract:
To provide the method of measuring the moisture-absorbing fiber, the measuring device and the method of manufacturing the mixed cotton, which can perform the measurement of the moisture-absorbing fiber with the high precision and the high efficacy, and which can stabilize the ratio of mixing, especially in the case that two or more types of the fiber containing the moisture-absorbing fiber are mixed.SOLUTION: The method of measuring comprises the step of supplying the raw cotton of the moisture-absorbing fiber to the measuring device, and the step of measuring the weight of the raw cotton supplied to the measuring device and discharging the raw cotton from the measuring device at the time of arriving the weight of the raw cotton to the set value. The method measures the amount of water in the raw cotton in the atmosphere in which the measuring device is installed or in the atmosphere in which the temperature and the humidity are generally identical to those in the atmosphere to control the set value of the weight of the raw cotton in the measuring device, based on the amount of water of the raw cotton measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
