Abstract:
To facilitate the existence/nonexistence of a damage of an inspection object and the determination of its place by increasing a magnetic field component derived from the inspection object by a new measurement method while following a measurement method with a magnetic field application unit arranged only on one side of a magnetic sensor in nondestructive inspection using magnetism.SOLUTION: In a first measurement step, a magnetic field application unit (3) is arranged at an application position (26L) of one side in a first direction (X) closer than a plurality of positions to be measured by a magnetic sensor (21) to acquire first measurement data by performing measurement, and in a second measurement step, the magnetic field application unit is arranged at an application position (26R) of the other side in the first direction closer than the plurality of positions to be measured by the magnetic sensor to acquire second measurement data by performing measurement.
