Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure correct temperature in a short time without obstructing the heating of a heated object heated by a heating source, and without using a lot of complicated facilities.SOLUTION: A method for measuring a surface temperature of a heated object (2) heated by a heating source (3) in a heating furnace (1) by using thermography (4, 4') is provided. A temperature measurement area of the heated object (2) is made to be a first temperature measurement area A, and a part or the whole of a heating area of the heating source (3) for heating the first temperature measurement area A is made to be a corresponding heating source area B. The thermography is fixed so as to make the first temperature measurement area A and the corresponding heating source area B shown in an image of the thermography. By using a first brightness distribution Dradiated from the first temperature measurement area A and a second brightness distribution Ddirectly radiated from the corresponding heating source area B, which are obtained by the thermography (4), the surface temperature T of the heated object is obtained by a W specified computing expression.
