To provide a method of measuring temperature for easily and precisely measuring the real temperature of a processed material in a rotary temperature adjusting device.
The rotary temperature adjusting device comprises a shell to rotate around the axial line having an intake of the processed material on one end side and an outlet for discharging the processed material on the other end side, and a temperature adjusting means for heating or cooling the shell. The rotary temperature adjusting device also has a temperature measurement sensor fixing means inside the shell, and the method of measuring the temperature of the processed material is characterized by the process of measuring the processed material by fixing the temperature measurement sensor to the fixing means. In this case, a wire piercing from the intake through the outlet in the direction of the axial line of the shell may be used as the temperature measurement sensor fixing means.
