To directly measure contact pressure of both terminals of a connector without breaking a female terminal.
An insertion piece 11 having a piezoelectric element part 11a and having a shape similar to that of a male terminal is inserted into the female terminal 20. When a frequency is imparted to the piezoelectric element part 11a of the insertion piece 11 having received pressing force of a spring 21 in the female terminal 20, the frequency is proportionally changed before and after the application of the pressure, whereby the contact pressure can be directly measured by detecting its value. Since impedance is proportionally changed before and after the application of the pressure, its value may be detected instead. When the piezoelectric element part 11a of the insertion piece 11 is formed by sandwiching it between rigid parts 11b, wear deterioration is hardly caused, and durability is improved.
