Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a simple, easy and safe means for melting a chocolate by utilizing a temperature-controlled exothermic reaction substance.
CONSTITUTION: A chopped chocolate 3 is put into a heat-resistant bag impermeable to air, water, etc. The bag is placed on an exothermic reaction substance 4 such as a disposable body warmer (average temperature is 60-70°C). The bag containing the chocolate 3 is occasionally taken out of the melting device and lightly shaken to melt the chocolate.
