Title:
METHOD FOR MENDING LEAKAGE OIL PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3487194
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain emergency mending for leakage oil by strongly adhering adhesive to the surface of a substrate, following-up even expansion and contraction due to air temperature, and absorbing leakage insulating oil by mending a leakage oil part by using silicone elastomer adhesive, especially, a room temperature hardening organopolysiloxane composition.
SOLUTION: A leakage part is mended by applying silicone elastomer adhesive to the oil leakage part of an equipment. It is desired that a room temperature hardening organopolysiloxane composition, especially, condensation system room temperature hardening organopolysiloxane composition containing oil absorbent carbon powder is used for silicone elastomer adhesive. A butyl tape which can swell by absorbing insulating oil is wound around the oil leakage part of an equipment, and then the silicone elastomer adhesive is applied and adhered to this oil leakage part.
