Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct amt. of water so as to meet a prescribed compounding without metering the surface water rate of fine aggregates.
SOLUTION: In a method for metering a concrete material related to the present invention, at first, fine aggregates under wet condition and water are placed in a specified container to immerse the fine aggregates into the water (S101) and the whole mass Mf and the whole vol.Vf of the fine aggregates and water in the container are metered (S102). Then, by using the whole mass Mf and the whole vol.Vf, vol. Vs of the fine aggregates, mass Mw of the water and mass Ms of the fine aggregates under dry surface condition are respectively calculated as (Mf-Vf.ρw)/(ρs-ρw), (Vf-Vs)ρw and (Mf-Mw) (S103). Then, by comparing the calculated mass Ms of the fine aggregates and mass Mw of the water with amt. of compounding shown by a prescribed compounding, amt. of shortage to be filled are metered (S104) and then, the amt. of shortage as well as the fine aggregates and the water in the container are used as the concrete material (S105).
