Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure lubrication without any trouble by programming a sprocket rotation speed per second and selecting the limit value of the sprocket relative to the metered and fed lubricant so as to prevent it from dispersed by a centrifugal force.
SOLUTION: Lubricant is fed to a sprocket 2 and a chain of a chain drive 1, the rotation speed of the chain drive 1 is detected by a rotation seed pickup 6, and a computer 8 is made to transmit it to a controller 5 for a pulse metering system 4. The computer 8 programs the rotation speed of the sprocket 2 per second and, when a numerical value proportional to the centrifugal force in the sprocket 2 reaches the upper limit value, the pulse metering system 4 is blocked, or the limit value of the sprocket 2 is selected relative to the metered and fed lubricant so as to prevent it from dispersed by a centrifugal force. This constitution can secure lubrication without any trouble.
