PURPOSE: To satisfactorily mix a fiber and powder by charging the fiber previously loosened by a mechanical means into the powder being agitated in an agitating mixing vessel and mixing them.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber 5 stored in a hopper 2-1 of a vibrating feeder 2 is applied with vibration by an electromagnet 2-4 and a magnetic body 2-5 and is transported to a trough 2-2 from the hopper 2-1 by the vibration of the trough 2-2 while falling and is transported to the agitating mixer 3 side which, loosening it by the vibration of the trough 2-2 on the way. On the other hand, in the agitating mixer 3, a prescribed quantity of powder 6 is previously charged into a mixing vessel 3-1 and is agitated by an agitating blade 3-3. A fiber 5-1 which has been loosened and transported by the trough 2-1 is charged into the powder 6 during agitation from a charging chute 4 to mix the powder and the fiber by the agitating blade 3-3 during rotation.
