To provide a method for molding a fine molded product so as to be capable of releasing the molded product without deforming/damaging the same, a mold and the fine molded product manufactured by the molding method.
The cavity 71 of a cavity member 7 is arranged in opposed relation to the fine uneven shape part 2 of an upper mold 1 having a jet port 3 and a molding resin 8 is charged in the cavity 71. The cavity member 7 has elastic modulus smaller than that of molds 1 and 6. In a compression molding process, the cavity member 7 is deformed so as to follow the falling of the upper mold 1 and the shape of the uneven shape part 2 is transferred to the molded product 9. The cavity 71 is internally sealed with the cavity member 7 and the molding resin of low viscosity can be held in the cavity 71. In a release process, compressed air 30 is injected into the cavity 71 from the jet port 3. The upper mold 1 is slid upward with the pressure rise in the cavity 71 and the compressed air flows in the interface S of the uneven shape part 2 and the molded product to reliably release the molded product without damaging the fine shape-transferred part thereof.
