Abstract:
To provide a method for molding an iron powder mixture for powder metallurgy, capable of increasing density of a compact and reducing pressing force for taking out the compact from a die by improving lubricity between the die and the powder at molding of the compact, so as to improve product quality and reduce production cost.
When molding the compact, a carbon molecule complex comprising ball-shaped carbon molecules and flat carbon molecules, which serves as a lubricant, is deposited onto an inner surface of the mold.
