The long fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin is composed of a base resin comprising a thermoplastic resin, reinforcing fibers and a lubricant. Further, the thermoplastic resin and the lubricant have a molecular structure of the same system. Since the preferable intermolecular entanglement is obtained between the plasticized thermoplastic resin and the lubricant, the mechanical physical properties of the resin molded product can be enhanced accompanied by an increase in the addition amount of the lubricant.
