Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a surface-roughened sheet, in which such a pulling phenomenon that a sheet is pulled to the side of a touch roll or such a returning phenomenon that the sheet, which is peeled off from a cast roll, is returned to the cast roll itself is avoided to reduce contamination of the sheet, and to provide the surface-roughened sheet.SOLUTION: The method for molding a surface-roughened sheet 6, which is extrusion-molded by a melt film formation method using a T-shaped die, comprises the steps of: blowing a blast material 4, which is vaporized at normal temperature under normal pressure and solidified by cooling, against one surface of the molten resin 2 extruded from the T-shaped die to roughen the one surface of the molten resin; and transferring a surface shape of the cast roll 3 to the opposite surface of the molten resin. The method for molding the surface-roughened sheet 6 is characterized in that the blast material 4, which is vaporized at normal temperature under normal pressure and solidified by cooling, is dry ice and the surface of the cast roll 3 is mirror finished or roughened.
