Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject molded product excellent is sputtering resistance by mixing a thermosetting ADC (diethyleneglycol bisallylcarbonate) resin monomer with powdery thermosetting ADC resin polymer in a specific composition, then polymerizing and molding the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting ADC (diethyleneglycol bisallylcarbonate) resin monomer is mixed with powdery thermosetting ADC resin polymer at a ratio of the thermosetting ADC resin monomer to the thermosetting ADC resin polymer within the range of (90:20) to (10:80) and the resultant mixture liquid 7 is placed in a recessed part 2 of a female mold 3 in a forming mold 1 and combined with a male mold 5 equipped with a screw part (4A) on the outer periphery of a protruding part 4, and the forming mold 1 is then heated at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time to polymerize and mold the mixture liquid 7 in a molding part 6. After the molding, the molded product is demolded to afford the objective molded product such as the form of a cap having an inner screw (8A).
