Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of molding threaded FRP rods for obtaining threaded FRP rods having high strength internal threads.
CONSTITUTION: For laminating an FRP material on the end thread part 4 of an inner mold 3B, in order to partially mold every one or three thread tops by different FRP materials, the FRP material at each layer is arranged in the form of being displaced every one or three bottoms 4a of the thread part 4. The thread bottoms 4a are buried in a manner fitting resin coils 7 in the outer periphery of the FRP material arranged on the thread bottoms 4a.
