Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a ladder program on a display device with respect to a programmable display device which controls a control object by the ladder program and displays the operation of the control object by a display program.
SOLUTION: This method is provided with a step S1 where the ladder program is read in, a step S2 where the ladder file is analyzed to recognize a series of ladder instructions, a step S3 where one function parts corresponding to each ladder instruction is selected from plural function parts to be plotted by the display program and parameters to be added to this function parts are set, and a step S5 where parts pictures representing the ladder program are generated based on plural selected function parts and parameters set for individual function parts and are preserved as a picture file.
