Abstract:

To provide a method of mounting a tire increasing stability at cornering and improving the sharpness at cornering, applicable to an open road other than a circuit, when mounting an unsymmetrical tire on a vehicle with a negative camber, with different right and left periphery lengths along the outside surface of the tire from a bead heel on a cross section of the tire in a mounted state to a predetermined rim filled with air pressure, to a tire equator face.

When a tire side face with a longer periphery length is referred to as a long periphery side, and a side face with a shorter length as a short periphery side, tires are mounted on front wheels with the long periphery side to be outside the vehicle, and tires are mounted on rear wheels with the long periphery side to be inside the vehicle.
