PURPOSE: To realize easy movement and setting of a heavy cargo, such as a large-sized machine or the like, without damaging a setting face of the machine by using elastic rollers with thickness changeable through letting in/out the air.

CONSTITUTION: Deflated rollers 1 are inserted between a heavy cargo (large- sized machine) 4 and a base (mechanically finished face for setting machine) 5. Then the rollers 1 are inflated to lift up the heavy cargo 4 from several blocks 6 arranged on the base 5. Subsequently, the blocks 6 are taken off and, by utilizing the rollers 1, the heavy cargo 4 is moved right above other blocks on the base. Here, the rollers 1 are deflated and the cargo 4 is seated on the blocks to be set.
