To provide a seat moving method capable of easily moving a seat.
This method comprises an adapter member fixing step for fixing an adapter member below the seat for raising a seat to stably connect a jack device with the seat; a jack device arranging step for arranging the jack device for raising the seat below the seat or diagonally downward thereof; a jack device fixing step for putting or fixing the adapter member on the jack device; a step for actuating the jack device and raising the adapter member and the seat; a moving tool fixing step for fixing the moving tool below the seat; a lowering step for actuating the jack device and lowering the adapter member and the seat; a jack device removal step for removing the jack device from the adapter member; and a step for moving the seat using the moving tool.
