CONSTITUTION: A yarn 9 spun from a spinneret 8 is introduced into an air sucker 10 and drawn to afford a yarn having 2 denier fineness and this yarn is discharged together with air flow from the outlet of the air sucker and made to collide with the first colliding plate 11 made of JIS SK 5 steel and further made to collide with the second colliding plate 12 made of mica and dropped, while being opened, onto a conveyer 13 and simultaneously air flow moved toward the conveyer 13 together with the yarn is sucked into a sucking box 14 and discharged onto the rear side of the conveyer 13 and continuous yarn is dropped onto the surface of the conveyer 13 and formed into a nonwoven fabric 17 by a heat emboss roll 16.
