Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sufficiently cool combustion air, and utilize heat energy obtained at the time of cooling in an operation process itself.
CONSTITUTION: Cooling water heated by waste heat of compression combustion air is pressure-reduced at least in one stage, steam generated at the time is supplied to a waste heat boiler 24 and/or a steam turbine 30, and non-vaporized residual cooling water is sent to a mixing preheter 34 to be mixed with condensate and then supplied to a cooler 18.
