Abstract:
To develop a novel method of operating a conductive heat transfer drying facility, capable of optimizing operation conditions of the conductive heat transfer drying facility right after a material to be processed is put which has characteristics different from a material to be processed during processing, by effectively using temperature information of the material to be processed and temperature information of exhaust gas, which have not been fully utilized.SOLUTION: A method includes: using a curve of temperature of a material to be processed and a moisture value of a dried product, and a curve of temperature of exhaust gas and the moisture value of the dried product, in a stationary state of a conductive heat transfer drier 1; measuring the exhaust gas tg and temperature tm of the material to be processed at regular time intervals; obtaining standard temperature ts of exhaust gas, by using the temperature tm of the material to be processed and the curve of temperature of exhaust gas and the moisture value of the dried product; developing a correction value on a rotational speed of a motor, by using two or more of the temperature of exhaust gas tg, the standard temperature ts of exhaust gas, and the temperature tm of the material to be processed; and correcting the rotational speed of the motor, by using the correction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
