The computer apparatus 31 computes a general view display 65 of an image of the subject 61 from the raw data keeping pace with scanning or immediately after the completion of scanning to allow a plan of succeeding computation of the result image (R), and displays it (A). The general view display 65 includes three-dimensional information of the scan volume 63, and the operator selects a display range 67 important in a diagnostic view using the general view display 65 (W). The computer apparatus 31 computes the result image 71 important in the diagnostic view in the display range 67 selected by an image computation algorithm (B).
