Abstract:

To produce heat-regulated liquefied gas while suppressing a temporal rise of gas calorific value even when a part of a plurality of operating LNG pumps has tripped.

An initial excessive heat regulation determination step is performed to determine, when it is assumed that a part of a plurality of LNG pumps 2 in operation is stopped from a state where the plurality of LNG pumps 2 that are part or all of the LNG pumps 2 are operated, whether a maximum gas calorific value that the gas calorific value of heat-regulated fluid reaches falls within a set calorific value range or not, based on each gas calorific value of LNG stored in each LNG tank 1 and an outflow rate of each LNG pump 2. Among combinations of the plurality of LNG pumps 2 that are operation objects, a combination of LNG pumps 2 for which the maximum gas calorific value is determined to fall within the set calorific value range in the initial excessive heat regulation determination step is derived as an initial excess heat regulation avoidance operation condition, and a liquefied gas production facility is operated in the initial excess heat regulation avoidance operation condition.
