Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize usual accurate positioning of an opening of a drawing nozzle at a designed string end storing position upon string end storing time of a string wound onto a surface of a string wound package.SOLUTION: A string 16 is fixed on a string tensioner 30 after string jointing process. Rotation route 21 of a drawing nozzle 24 is calibrated by tensioning the string. The drawing nozzle 24 is rotated with a separated driving device 15 from a start position I designed by a 0 position sensor 44 to an examination position III where a drawing head of the drawing nozzle contacts to the tensioned string. Contact between the string and the drawing head is detected with a string tension sensor 29. During rotation of the drawing nozzle, increment number passing upon rotation from the start position I to the examination position III is calculated. The increment number is compared with an increment number recognized as a criterion value so that forming a correction value of the drawing nozzle at a string end storing position II.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
