Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a parking system for parking a vehicle in which a user rides in a parking lot by using a car inspection database which is a database regarding a car inspection of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A method for operating a parking system is provided with: a vehicle number acquisition process of acquiring a vehicle number in place of an operation system of a conventional parking system; a vehicle information acquisition process of transmitting the acquired vehicle number to a car inspection database to receive vehicle information which is information regarding dimensions and weight of a vehicle which can be associated with the vehicle number from the car inspection database; and a parking lot retrieval process of retrieving a retrieval parking lot which is a parking lot having a parking space in which the vehicle having the dimensions and the weight concerning the vehicle information can park from the parking lot database on the basis of the vehicle information received from the car inspection database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
