Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible highly efficient and safe continuous operation by changing and controlling grinding condition in order to monitor momentarily obtained actual measurement values such as the output power value of a variable-speed electric motor for driving a rotary table and the thickness of a raw material layer, and concurrently maintaining these values within a desired setting range.
CONSTITUTION: The power value of a variable-speed electric motor 2A for driving a rotary table 3A in operation, which is momentarily measured, and the actual measurement value of a raw material layer thickness B are entered in a programmable operator 150. Then, the tension oil pressure raw material supply amount and the number of rotations of an electric motor 2A for mill are controlled so that a set power value and a set raw material layer thickness B are maintained at a desire level, considering the type of a ground raw material and the model number of an upright grinding device 1 used. Thus, it is possible to perform safe continuous operation with the concurrent adequate processing capability, and improve the operation and the production efficiencies.
