Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte film at a thin layer having the excellent conductivity at a low temperature by blending the polymer, which is induced by the photo polymerization of the mixture of the specified vinyl ether and di-vinyl ether, lithium salt, zeolite and the like at a specified ratio. SOLUTION: A current collector formed of a nickel layer is coated with a dispersed system formed of the polymer at 15-60% by weight, which is obtained by mixing the vinyl ether expressed with a formula I and the di-vinyl ether expressed with a formula II at 98/2-40/60 of mole ratio, the plasticizer at 35-75% by weight, lithium salt at 5-20% by weight, zeolite at 3-30% by weight and the photo polarization initiator. This coating layer is exposed with the radiation of the ultraviolet rays for photo polarization so as to obtain a cathode/ electrolyte half-cell system. An electrolyte film for optical recharge able battery having a high energy density is thereby obtained, and the electrolyte precursor and the cross linkage product thereof can be directly coated on a cathode film.
