Abstract:
PURPOSE:To completely seal a cake in a package in order to lengthen its storage time, by adding a pouch containing a disoxidation agent on a holding board of a case, placing a cake having a decorated sheet on its underside on the pouch, covering the case with a cup body, placing the case as such in a bag and heat sealing the bag opening. CONSTITUTION:On a holding board 1 of a each case receiving an individual cake is added a pouch 3 containing a disoxidation agent, on which a cake 5 having a decorated sheet 4 on its underside is placed and covered with a case cup 6, which is thereafter placed as such into a bag 9 made of a transparent plastic film and an opening 10 of said bag is heat sealed. This method permits each cake to be easily sealed in a separate package, whereby the decay of cake 5 and the loss of its freshness can be prevented for a long period of time.
