Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pack waste, especially waste composed mainly of a plastic to the advantageous size for transportation and loading/unloading without using a steel band.
SOLUTION: The waste is compressed into an almost cubic shape or an almost rectangular parallelopiped shape of such a size as to be tied with the help of a polypropylene(PP) band, and is tied using the PP band and thus a first step packed body is obtained in the first step. Next in the second step, a plurality of the first step packed bodies are collected and stacked and further, are arranged in order. In addition, these packed bodies are combined together into the almost cubic shape or the almost rectangular parallelopiped shape, and are tied up (bound) using the PP band as the second step packed body. The first step packed body is of such a size that its one side is about 50 cm and the second step packed body is of such a size that its one side is about 80-100 cm considering an advantage in transportation and loading/unloading.
