Abstract:
To provide a large area X-ray detector suitable for phase-contrast X-ray imaging to place in a small imaging room without degradation of the quality of the image at the same price as an existing detector.
A phase-contrast X-ray imaging apparatus takes enlarged radiographic images with X-ray emitted from a small focal spot X-ray source. The apparatus is equipped with a detecting means 6 with its detector plane divided into plural, small detector planes and a synthesizing means 8 to obtain a total image by synthesizing images taken by the plural, small detectors with the detecting means.
