Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the lateral wall of an FRP hover craft from being thermally affected, by making an exhaust pipe piece through a hole in the lateral wall of the hover craft with a predetermined space therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An engine exhaust pie 11 pierces a FRP lateral wall 12 and projects into the outside, and an air discharge port is formed in the rear part thereof. This exhaust pipe 11 is made to pierce a pipe through-hole 14 formed in the lateral wall 12, with a predetermined space 15 therebetween. Further, a heat insulator 16 is attached the peripheral edge section of the pipe through- hole 14, and heat-insulating partition walls 17a, 17b are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 11. Further, cold air X is always discharged to the outside from the engine chamber through this space 15.
