Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the constructing efficiency by arranging a tremie pipe within a steel framed cage in the state where the tremie pipe is fitted to a steel tremie pipe guide rail, and building the steel framed cage in a drilled hole.
CONSTITUTION: A tremie pipe 11 has a guide 13 protruded on the outside of a body 12 in such a manner that it can be loosely fitted into a tremie pipe guide rail 5 and moved along the rail. When such a tremie pipe 11 is arranged within a steel framed cage 1, the steel framed cage 1 in which the guide 13 of the tremie pipe 11 is fitted to the tremie pipe guide rail 5, respectively, and fixed by inserting a pin 7 to a through-hole 6 is built in a drilled hole. A hopper is then arranged above the tremie pipe 11, concrete is placed in the drilled hole through the hopper and the tremie pipe 11, and when the top end reaches a prescribed height, the input is interrupted, the pin 7 is pulled out from the through-hole 6 in the state where the tremie pipe 11 is suspended to pull up it along the guide rail 5, and the pin 7 is then inserted to the through-hole 6 in a prescribed position to fix the tremie pipe again.
