This method of positioning and fixing the embedded hardware comprises a process of mounting a backing hardware 10 to a pre-assembled reinforcement 5, a process of installing the pre-assembled reinforcement 5 mounted with the backing hardware 10, into an erection position, a process of carrying out marking M to at least either the erected pre-assembled reinforcement or the backing hardware, in the mounted position of the embedded hardware 10 based on the instrumentation of a distance measuring instrument 14, a process of installing a bolt 16 provided with an in-out adjusting nut 18, in the marking position, and a process of communicating the installed bolt 16 with a suitable hole part of the embedded hardware 20 and fastening and fixing the embedded hardware 20 between the in-out adjusting nut 18 and a nut 22 with a flange plate.
