Abstract:

To correctly execute positioning by permitting positioning marks which are respectively provided in first and second works to be in the same visual field together so as to pick-up an image and obtaining the correlative position of the first mark with the second one.

The first positioning marks p1 and p2 are given to a liquid crystal display equipment 10. The second positioning marks q1 and q2 are given to a wiring substrate 11 in positions corresponding to the first positioning marks p1 and p2. Image pickup units 20 and 21 permit the respectively corresponding marks p1, q1 and p2, q2 to be within the same visual field together so as to pick-up an image at one time. An image processor 25 obtains the correlative positions of the marks p1, q1 and p2, q2 from respective kinds of image data which are obtained by the respective image pickup units 20 and 21, generates a movement control signal from the correlative positions and transmits it to an xyΘ table driving part 19. An x-table 16 is moved so as to position the liquid crystal display equipment 10 and the wiring substrate 11.
