Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely carry out the feeding and taking out of heating bodies placed on a rotary body by stopping the rotary body in a furnace in a specified position based on the teaching point of a robot and carrying out positioning of the rotary body.

CONSTITUTION: A slit 17 for operating the position detecting sensor 16 of a robot hand 15 and the fixing holes 4a for heating bodies having their centers on the same radius are provided on a rotary body 4 in a baking furnace. The position of the slit 17 in which the sensor 16 is operated to stop the rotary body 4 is set at a first teaching point while one optional center position of the plurality of fixing holes 4a at that time is set at a second teaching point. The rotary body 4 is stopped at this first teaching point to carry out positioning and, hereafter, the robot hand 15 is moved to the second teaching points in order to carry out the feeding and taking out of a plurality of heating bodies placed on the rotary body 4.
