Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform positioning with high accuracy by measuring inertial distance under the constant speed of an object whose weight changes in advance, and outputting a stopping command at a position before by that inertial distance at the time of performing the positioning. CONSTITUTION:In an oil pressure driving part and its control part in a positioning mechanism for a rewinding device, oil pressure cylinders 12 and 14 to drive a coil are turned on/turned off with controlling by an oil pressure pump 20 and an electromagnetic valve 22, etc. Also, a control circuit 24 finds a coil centering position for the center of a machine based on a detecting value detected by sensors 16 and 18, and outputs a command for the movement or stoppage, etc., of the coil according to prescribed sequence, and the switching the electromagnetic valve 22 is performed at a driving circuit 26. The electromagnetic valve 22 is a four-direction/three-position electromagnetic valve, and performs the degeneracy and expansion of piston rods in both cylinders 12 and 14. In such a way, accurate positioning is performed by measuring the inertial distance first by moving the object at the constant speed, and outputting the stopping command at a time when it arrives at the position before by the inertial distance than a targeted position.
