Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for pouring molten steel, by which a ladle can safely be shifted while shutting off from the outer air without solidifying the molten steel and the pouring is started without deteriorating the quality in the method for pouring the molten steel by opening a nozzle in the ladle with oxygen.
CONSTITUTION: A slide valve arranged in the nozzle 3 is made to be the full closing state, and after shifting the ladle onto a mold while continually blowing gas into the molten steel M from a porous plate inserted in the slide plate 3a or 3b, the nozzle 3 is made to be the full opening state by opening the slide plate 3b to start the pouring of molten steel.
