Title:
METHOD FOR PRECAST FORMING METAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3783275
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily obtain a formed body having a fine speheric structure by executing casting and spheroidizing under a prescribed condition.
SOLUTION: The alloy of just under or just up a liquidus line containing a lot of crystal nucleus is obtained by the method that the crystal nucleus is generated from a low-temperature molten metal of a perfectly liquid metal M inside a ladle 10 by using a cooling jig 20 and the metal M is poured into a vessel 30 held at the prescribed temperature less than the liquidus temperature in advance, etc. Next, the vessel 30 is housed inside an exterual vessel 31 in which a heat insulating material 33 is laid on its bottom and a lid is put, then while the temperature of the alloy inside the vessel 30 is lowered, it is kept in a semi molten state and a primary crystal of a fine grain like (non-dendrite like) is generated from the introduced crystal nucleus. In order to lower the temperature of the vessel 30 under the prescribed condition, the temperature of the external vessel 31 is controlled by the method of induction heating, etc. The metal M having a prescribed solid phase obtained in such a way is, for example, inserted into an injection sleeve 70 of a die-cast, then pressed and formed by a die 80.
