Abstract:
To provide a method for predicting bend of a shaped steel capable of highly accurately predicting a curvature of the shaped steel after straightening.SOLUTION: A method for predicting bend of a shaped steel after a rolling step for forming the shaped steel having a flange by hot rolling and a bend straightening step of applying a rolling load to the flange of the shaped steel by cold rolling to straighten bend, comprises: acquiring, as input data of the shaped steel subjected to prediction of the curvature, at least one of material attribute parameters of the shaped steel, at least one of operating parameters of the rolling step, a curvature of the shaped steel on an entrance side of the bend straightening step, and the rolling load of the bend straightening step; and inputting the input data into a machine learning model for outputting a curvature of the shaped steel after the bend straightening step as output data so as to predict the curvature of the shaped steel after the bend straightening step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
