Abstract:

To enable the prediction having high accuracy with little data by judging the time detecting the same temp. variation in a temp. detecting terminal at the lower temp. detecting terminal as that of a temp. detecting terminal at the upper part after a fixed time as an omen of breakout.

Since the pair of temp. detecting terminals at the upper part and lower part are arranged on a mold wall 16, both temp. data can be kept up with while connecting to each other. Therefore, the temp. variation caused by foreign matter shifted just downward along the mold wall 16 can surely be detected with the little data. Then, since the temp. variation of the temp. detecting terminal at the upper part whose dropping degree and gradient in a fixed time exceed the preset threshold values, is a provisional reference, based on this reference, the data treatment of the temp. detecting terminal at the lower part can simply be executed thereafter. Successively, it is judged as the omen of the breakout caused by the foreign matter bitter when the same temp. variation in at least one of the temp. detecting terminals at the lower part as the temp. detecting terminal at the upper part detects after the fixed time.
