The method comprises setting the input values of the feed composition of monomers constituting a polymer and of the manufacturing conditions of the polymer (S301, S302), predicting the primary structure of the molecule obtained in the real synthesis by the application of the Monte Carlo method (S303), preparing a rough-visualized model to determine a rough- visualizing parameter used in the rough-visualized molecular dynamics simulation (S304), practicing the rough-visualized molecular dynamics simulation (S305), predicting the form and the dynamic properties of a material having a micro- phase separation structure in the interior (S306), working out a stress-strain curve and other dynamic properties (S307), and working out an orientation coefficient and other shape factors (S308).
