To provide a system that, in a prediction of a steam pressure after paper making based on a heat transfer equation established among a steam drum, a web and a canvas, the error caused by using a fixed value as a dry bulb temperature is reduced.
The method for predicting the dryer steam pressure involves calculating a numerical value of the dry bulb temperature in divided meshed in the simulation process based on the formula mentioned below: Ta(j)= A3.(TS(j)-TSInit(j))+TaInit(j) (j=1, ..., N) Where, TS(j): steam temperature in the drum TSInit(j): the initial value of the steam temperature inside the hood TaInit(j): the initial value of the dry bulb temperature in the air inside the hood N: number of divided meshes J: divided mesh number A3: parameter Thus, because the steam pressure set value after paper remaking can be predicted more accurately, paper remaking time can be shortened, reducing waste stuff and improving operating efficiency.
