To produce high concentration calcium ion water containing no impurity from shells and to provide a cement hardened body having improved mechanical strength and durability using the calcium ion water.
The calcium ion water is obtained by dissolving powder made of fired shells and filtering the dissolved solution to remove impurity. Mortar 1a or concrete 1b is obtained by using the resultant calcium ion water and kneading with cement, fine aggregate 12 or fine aggregate 12 and coarse aggregate 11. The mortar 1a or the concrete 1b having excellent mechanical strength such as bending strength is made by bonding ions 21 constituting the cement particles with calcium ions 22 contained in the calcium ion water. The porosity is made small and excellent durability is attained by forming calcium compounds 2 in the pores.
