Abstract:
To suppress the occurrence of opacity in a plating bath of a high Fe concentration and to prolong a pot life relating to a method of preparing the magnetic plating bath and a plating method.
The pH and the amount of Fe in the magnetic plating bath containing metal ions of Fe are controlled according to the planned minimum period for use, by which the occurrence of opaque matter is suppressed and the plating bath usable for a long period of time is obtained.
