Abstract:

To provide a method and system for preparing a molding order reflecting the actual conditions of a molding line.

The system 10 for preparing the molding order is equipped with: an input means 11 for inputting the number B of inventory of molded green tires; a storage means 12 for storing the original scheduled number A of the green tires and the maximum molding number M of the molding line; an arithmetic means 13 for outputting the scheduled molding number N in the next molding lot as N=2A-B when 2A-B≤M, and as N=M when 2A-B>M based on the original scheduled number A and the number B of inventory and the maximum molding number M; and a display means 14 for displaying the scheduled molding number N. A molding order is prepared by using the system, and the next scheduled molding number N is instructed to a worker.
